Return Policy

Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

To return an item, we ask that you complete the return form and include it with your return shipment.

Registering a return through your customer account is an additional service, but it is not required. This registration is solely intended to inform us which items you are returning and how the return should be processed (for example, an exchange or a refund).

You do not need to wait for approval or confirmation; you can send your return parcel back to us immediately.

Please note: We do not provide return labels. You are responsible for purchasing your own shipping label and ensuring that the return parcel is sufficiently prepaid. Unless stated otherwise, the costs and risk of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation from us.
